JC Property Portfolio will then source and present to you, good value property deals, several of which will be off-market, to fit with your investment strategy. JC Property Portfolio will provide a detailed analysis of each opportunity, allowing you to make an informed decision.

JC Property Portfolio will then oversee the legal process of property purchase by liaising with legal practitioners. We will be attentive to identifying and surmounting any obstacles, in order to make the process as seamless as possible. If this forms part of your brief, our services can extend to organising trusted tradespeople to undertake any identified refurbishments, in order to prepare your investment for the lettings market.
