Understandably, this has enabled him to amass a vast network of industry contacts relevant to the property investment market. Christian also has a portfolio of his own buy-to-let properties, which further enhances his invaluable all round understanding of this sector.
Joe is proud to be ‘Sheffield born and bred’. Like Christian, Joe has spent his managerial career with a nationwide estate agent based in Sheffield, focusing his skills on valuing properties all over South Yorkshire. He has an informed understanding of property investment, in addition to confidently identifying property investment opportunities.
